This month, the third Metaverse Art Week is going live on Decentraland, one of the leading metaverse platforms. This version’s theme will be ‘The World is Made of Code’. Apparently, the relationship between man and nature. As well how that relates to the metaverse will be a major focus of the pieces being displayed. The event will run from August 24th-28th.

Metaverse Art Week, hosted within Decentraland will see art showcases in various forms like exhibitions, art designs, and discussion panels as well as live performances.
Platforms like OpenSea, SuperRare and Sotheby’s, and creators like Damien Hirst will be involved. They are expected to exhibit some of their best work from the past year. The event starts ten days from now, on August 24th, and it’ll conclude four days later on August 28th.
In further detail, the theme for this year’s version of the week-long event, is ‘The World is Made of Code’. They are focusing on the patterns, sequences, and formulas that make up the natural world. It will also explore how the human spirit is hardwired to elicit an emotional response when presented with art inspired by the mathematical designs present in nature.
