Vice Media Group just unveiled their new headquarters in the Decentraland metaverse. This is the first construction inside the metaverse completed by a major architectural powerhouse: Bjarke Ingels Group. The Vice Decentraland HQ is indeed an architectural marvel and a milestone for all metaverses. Through ViceVerse, BIG architects now bring their world-renowned talents into the metaverse.
The new HQ will serve as the company’s new innovation lab, with VMG’s Virtue paving the way. They represent Vice’s creative agency, already working with some of the largest companies globally, including Logitech, L’Oreal, Converse, Beats by Dre, and others. Recently, they also partnered with Coca-Cola to auction the company’s first-ever NFT.
As they continue to help global brands navigate the metaverse and NFT space, having an iconic landmark in Decentraland makes absolute sense. Virtue will now be able to hold meetings, demonstrations, and presentations in the digital HQ. This venue allows them to pitch new ideas to clients by demonstrating them on the spot.
